I love some of the crap these sorts of agendas bring out. Tax avoidance implies you are doing something illegal which is NOT the case for the majority. For the majority it is setting up your affairs using the tax system legally to minimise your tax.

Reform the WHOLE taxation system to stop penalising those that do well and make the system fairer for all. Flat tax rate or an expenditure tax would be the fairest for all and would reduce the burdensome nature of the existing tax system.
