There is no need, given its a reservoir with proven gas resources across the entire licence. Should they fail to strike gas or if it is in limited quantities it's most likely due to the fact that the reservoir has pinched out in that area.
Thus the likelihood of a gas strike is high. It is not an exploratory well into the B-24/25, it is for evaluation and appraisal. There is no CoS required if you have contingent resources. That's for prospective resources, where hydrocarbons are yet to be identified.
The discovery would have been made in the B-20 if they struck oil, which was believed to be trapped in a structure close to Slo-321.
Even if they hit gas, it's meaningless till they prove they can extract it at stabilised commercial rates.
