    Now that Surprise delivered on the free look (or at least it would seem so - barring any negative surprises from EWT or EPT), do we think that the SPP will remain at $5.5M

    Maybe, under clause 4.1 the company exercises its absolute discretion and if there are takers issues up to the maximum of 30% of issued capital.

    by my calcs it could do $16.5 if it got the applications.

    That would help on the swiss cheese aspect.
