Hello SRF

Whilst its difficult at this early stage to put figures on potential Bayer "payouts" and future income "streams" from TB diagnostics and one which i have no interest in speculating amounts and figure values,, it certainly sets TDX up for continued growth in what can only be describes as a vital growth are globally.
TDX is at the forefront of global TB diagnostics and IMO is set to benefit from this area which has huge potential both economically and from a global health aspect.

With regards to the Bayer termination i quote.

"Bayer CropScience AG has now also advised of its decision not to invest further in continued development of its second agriculture diagnostic product."

This appears IMO to directly to the contract and given the long period of contractual partnership TDX has a valid claim for compensation.

With regards to future income from the TB diagnostics licensing i quote.

SYDNEY, Australia 13 December 2011: Tyrian Diagnostics Limited (“Tyrian”) announced today that it has entered an exclusive licence agreement with SpeeDx Pty Ltd (“SpeeDx”) for the development and commercialization of tests to diagnose active tuberculosis (TB) using Tyrian’s patented molecular biomarker.


TYRIAN SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT FOR ITS TUBERCULOSIS ANTIBODIES
Under this agreement, Tyrian will receive 40% of gross income on products sold. NeoClone will pay all costs associated with the manufacture, marketing and distribution of the antibodies, which will besold for research uses only. Tyrian retains the sole rights to grant licences to third parties to use the antibodies for development and sale of products for other commercial purposes.

I hope this helps SRF. I am hoping to get a foothold back into TDX in the very near term.
