    sharedawealth,

You are at risk of looking increasingly irrational in your posts. Not one of your points provides a shread of evidence of FAS's poor performance, let alone its demise. Most of what you say is clearly open to interpretation by the individual but some of your points are outrageously irrelevant.

"The CEO is a certified quarry manager, rather someone with an actual degree or anything. Quarry managers are known for being good at moving dirt."

You must know that KR has had 40 years experience in he mining sector - as an ex-academic myself I can assure you that no number of degrees can replace such qualifications.

"The only cash flow comes from ever decreasing Monthly 3b announcements – usually just to fund management administration costs – Most emerging producers undertake large capital raisings and are not on a monthly life support system like FAS."

Isn't that exactly what the $300 million finance agreement is all about. When this comes to fruition FAS will be debt free and so no more 3Bs. Until then, expect more. Take a reality check.

"Iron ore royalty agreement where the only people guarenteed to make money is non-shareholders"

Is that your unbiased opinion or is this statement based on fact? Please enlighten us why this is the case.

"Failed takeover attempt of a company several times larger than it (at least FAS acquired some GWR shares from this that cost them nothing, only smart move by FAS management)

Subsequent securing of GWR shares they got from the failed takeover attempt with OPUS Prime (which were subsequently lost and acquired by Portman’s) then securing the rest of GWR shares against similar pay day lenders – Perfect example of how to turn $30 million of assets into dirt."

Again you merely demonstrate your biased perspective, perhaps since you are a disgruntled GWR shareholder?? FAS can not be held responsible for the fall in GWR's fortunes. Furthermore, the failed take-over was back in 2007/8, therefore pre SHIP, and was far more complicated than you make out.

All in all, your attempt to muddy the FAS waters has failed to present one shred of evidence to suggest that FAS will not transition from an IO explorer to a producer in the very near future. I never advise anyone about where they should invest their money, friends or not, neither do I present evidence that can not be verified by already stated facts. Your interpretations may make sense to you, and, indeed, may ultimately prove to be correct. However, none of what you say reflects the current situation at FAS (whatever its past might suggest to you). Until I see clear evidence that their stated plans to become a producer are a sham, I shall continue to balance the negativity on this forum with objectivity and facts based on official announcements. Each to their own. I wish all FAS holders good fortune in their investment strategies and urge everyone to DYOR. All my own opinion.
