Capella offer the full financing suite, but really specialises in convertible debt at the usual discount to market. Their M&A and JV activity does happen, but a trawl through their deal history shows this is a minute fraction of their work.

A couple of Aussies on their Biotech desk would probably be where the original agreement with Capella came from.

Would be nice to see the presentation to see any update, as other companies attending have released.
