Oh well, bought my last 25K parcel today. Have reached the limit of my capacity to buy and build a little blocking stake.
I'm sure I'll have to accept in a month or two, but in the meantime hoping it will reach a stalemate where they're delayed enough to have offer a better deal (wishful thinking) if they want to progress on whatever timetable they have.
