re: sala's been exposed with no dressing!!! thanks tish, just frustrating to see the potential that this product has, being sabotaged by stupidity. i mean for gods sake, i have never understood the dilemma with the council. i have dealt with residential real estate a lot in the past and i have never heard of a landlord want the rates put in the name of the tenant?? i dont know if commercial works different but dont see why it should.

what is more of a risk to lum, the council raising rates a bit every year, or the whole deal falling through? its a debacle to put it mildly.
