These are the exact same words that I wrote a few months back, and that I backed up with the sending of my $15k dollars via B-Pay to the Company. My money has been sitting there ever since waiting and hoping. I would be a little disappointed that, after having my money parked in there for all this time, that I wouldn't be able to get my full entitlement. Especially when I could have bought some more on the cheap in the market.
But, that is the way the rules are and one has to abide by them. And I do understand that the company has to be fair with everyone that is willing to put up the cash even if it only in the last day of the extension.
I hope that Pattos, will not end up with any of the shares in case there is a shortfall though.
