Sustained up moves? they both formed rounding bottoms..mirror to that of NMR just before breaking out.. i have seen thousand of such formations and i can assure u that they are very reliable,dependable and compatible..these circumstances are not manufactured by one individual... they are manufactured by the plethora of eye ball technicians looking at the same formation..
