Hi Peace, the past week looked promising albeit still on low volume. It will be interesting to see this week what impact the European ratings agency dowgrades will have on our markets.

Short sellers may become more active across the board and I will be checking out for short sells of PRR. Last week the short sellers basically gave us a miss because things were starting to look more positive although Fridays lists are not yet up.

They might stay away because of speculation on Nasdaq listing that could result in holders resisting selling and making it difficult for short sellers to cover their borrowed stock.

I still havent been able to work out the source of the borrowed stock during the 3mill short sells a day during Dec. It would have to be some-one with quite a few million shares. Cant see the benefit to them as they are putting down pressure on their own stock for a small interest return..

Your chart unfortunately isnt a crystal ball that can take into account the news on the European downgrades.We will just have to wait and see what eventuates. Always seems to be something that comes up to possibly slow momentum. If we dont get hit by shortsellers and the sp holds reasonably well that could be a good sign.

Just my musings from an academic point of view lol.
