I've read more and what you say could be right. However there some queries.

There is nothing in the RNI ann about that being an asset One would think that Miles would have mentioned that if it were the case.

Also, the issue by Alchemy of $3.5m shares is stated to be to GG or its nominee and that GG would be entitled to nominate a Director. The words "or its nominee" and also that (acc to the Presentation Update dated 21/12) settlement was due to occur late Dec give weight to the view that the shares have already issued to a nominee. If this is the case then the Aly shares would not be part of the assets of GG for RNI to acquire as they would not be owned by GG.
