To expose a publicly listed company to this sort of risk can only be described as insane.

The oil business is risky enough, let alone in the middle of a war lord battle field.
This has already caused the death of one drive, and he will not be the only one.
"If" oil is discovered this will turn into a turf war for control. The infraction will be destroyed or taken. Leaving the company's involved with nothing to show for it but impairments. (IMO)
This is "the wild west" and where the "law of the gun" rules.
