Ok I can see that most of you are having trouble understanding this "even BQT staff" ;-)
So please take the time to read my post.
BQT have already done this type of thing before !
Read carefully and make sure you look at each announcement.

17-Dec-2003: 16:57:44 Appendix 3B - Corr of Expiry Date -Mg/Dir Options.
You will see that in note 8 BQT record 118,105,524 securities "quoted on ASX".
In Note 9 BQT record 17,455,263 securities "not quoted" on ASX.

15-Jan-04:16:54:01 Re-Release from Escrow-Restrcited Securities (note the headline is the same as the announcement dated yesterday 20-Jun-05)
BQT released 1,237,508 shares from escrow and apply for quotation immediatley.

29-Jan-04: 14:34:27 Appendix 3B - Issue to employees & consultants.
On this statement you will note that the shares in "note 8" have increased to 119,343,032 (118,105,524 + 1,237,508 ) and in "note 9" you will see that 16,217,755 securities "not quoted on ASX" have decreased by 1,237,508 (17,455,263 - 1,237,508).

It's not rocket science !
BQT have taken the 1,237,508 not quoted shares and added them to the quoted shares.
Not only are these shares being placed on the market to trade they also increase the number of quoted shares on the market.

Currently BQT have 147,579,244 shares on issue that will increase to 171,579,244 shares by the end of June.
