Well this quaterly certainly killed my bullishness for now. Happy to take my 3 week Christmas profit from 34c.
SDl's board has no lverage or bargaining power, the deal is completely one sided, they're getting bent over by Hanlong in fact I'd go so far to say they're acting as if Hanlong already own the compnay.
Thats two deadlines that have been missed with more to come I feel. No way this deal will get done by May. The longer it takes to complete, the less momentum, the more chance for deal to stall completely.
No fincnace and no permits/conventions = nervous investors.
