I said very clearly I found a report the poster was likely referring to, dated Jan 14, but I want to be fair and give him/her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps another such report exists.

Instead of talking in code, why not tell us the date at least of the report. That will help me find it. I will be able to say more than "it is a confidential document".
