I agree with patienz;
$500k is available to many lesser responsible roles in the current resource sector. Byrne comes with excellent experience and industry knowledge. I'm looking forward to him imparting that knowledge and experience, to and within the company...if he doesn't then it won't matter whether he's paid $200k or $500k.
Fingers crossed to see a change in sentiment for a company with so much potential.
