thanks for an informative reply. so chalice dont have to proceed? is that correct? it would seem with the granting of the licence that the buy out price should escalate accordingly, as this was the key risk factor and it is now gone. i personally would like to see this particular offer turned down and chalice to plow ahead, only deviating if andf when they get an offer too good to turn down. i dont see this offer being in that category. who would have thought 3 months ago that the granting of the licence mould see the SP static...........that in itself sums up the whole chinese proposal
