this high (~5%) level of yttrium will put us in direct competition with alkane, which is aiming to be the largest non-chinese yttrium producer outside china from its dubbo resource.
metalpages.com shows chinese yttrium metal FOB prices has been flat at $170/kg since mid-october. chinese yttrium oxide FOB prices are at $100/kg but a re trending downwards. this obviously will be positive for a Duncan basket price ex-china. will be interesting to see how this affects the share price.
