No value ascribed to assets in UK or US in WHN sp, imo. So announcement is positive as it means mgmt no longer have any "side" issues to deal with.
Reaffirmation that numerous parties are in discussions regarding farm-in is a positive. No mention of any change in timeframe suggest by end Mar-2012 is still on track.
Expect traders to continue to exit, as their investment timeframes are much shorter.
