I think so,
Just before the last placing at 17c or 11p the SP was c16p and there was a wave of buying yet the SP was going down. Similarly over the last few days the SP although it was going up I felt it would go much higher considering the news we were about to get yet it was climbing gradually. Especially on the day the photos were released the SP of RRL gave a higher % rise than that of RMP and today the first day after the official release of the puntland spud news the SP nosedives.
I can't come to any other conclusion.
I would welcome other views.
