There you go again. Claiming that unions are making unrealistic wage demands. FYI both the pilots and Engineers were asking for around 3% wage raise.
Alan Joyce and executive management asked and got 71% and 62% wage rises respectively. NOW I ASK YOU< WHO IS SHORT SIGHTED< WHO IS THE GREEDY INDIVIDUALS IN ALL THIS.
Have you conveniently forgotten the wage freezes (18 months) that Cabin Crew, Tech Crew and Engineers agreed to a few years ago, in cooperation with management. At the end of the wage freeze, executive management once again put there hands in the till and awarded themselves a massive pay rise (50% I recall).
Your head in the sand stuff never ceases to amaze me.
