NMR is just resting.. buyers pull back and absorb the sellers..then they push it higher..and then they do it again..when .064 is breached today or tomorrow and imo we should witness higher highs..(ill be in until next ann)good luck fellas..be back after market closes...will be tracking it on my phone..
