Details on collaboration with ISIS:ANP to pay royalties to ISIS for access to ISIS antisense technology
The effort in the research and development by ANP has resulted in patents for ATL1101,ATL1102 and ATL 1103 granted to ANP. (Note: patents were not to ISIS)
ATL 1103 Japanese Patent granted to ANP
ATL 1103 Additional US Patent granted to ANP
ATL1101 Japanese and Canadian Patent granted to ANP
ATL 1103 US Patent Extension and ATL1102 AUstrali and NZ patent granted to ANP
ATL1101 Australia Patent and Worldwide patent to ANP
ATL1101 US Patent and Worldwide patent to ANP
ATL1102 European patent granted to ANP
ATL1102 Japan patent granted to ANP
It is incorrect to say that ISIS 'owns' ATL1101, ATL1102 and ATL1103 since the IPs belong to ANP.
From the collaboration agreement, ISIS will get royalties from ATL1101, ATL1103 and licensing fees for ATL1102.
