I have been watching BCI for a long time now and even though the volumes are relatively small, there has been a slow & steady increase in price - which means that someone (or two?) is accumulating.

Over the past week or so, there has been an 80K "barrier" at $2.70 which has now been bought/accumulated, so now the accumulator has little choice but to carry on buying the higher priced shares.....


.....till the market catches on that there is a big fish feeding. Then the sellers will all dry up and the buyer will be forced to pay up till what he sees the true value of BCI to be - which I believe could be anywhere between $4 & $12.
