"The litigation concerning the native title agreement for the Four Mile Project (NTMA) has been adjourned while the parties take steps to satisfy conditions precedent in accordance with a settlement between them. The conditions precedent to be satisfied include registration of a NTMA."

In my opinion settlement will be finalised once the NTMA is registered wholly and solely in Q/H's name. And of course a big US bank cheque is transferred into AGS's account. And of course we sign our acceptances to the offer.

There will be no M&D conduct case. All of these cases were an attempt to make Q/H buy us out. The Gandels have a shopping centre to expand.
