It's a very interesting speculation and very plausible except that
- it's not what the release about the NTMA settlement says
- it's not what the CEO says if you call the company (have you?)
People selling now for less than $1-$2 would be within their rights to scream bloody murder if one of the conditions precedent was settlement of the M&D conduct case and this was not disclosed.
