I am pretty confident that even if KCN hasn't recieved the factory licence for the new plant, that they'd would have been running the new plant at full capacity, under the guise of testing / trialling / rampimg up anyhow!
Several months ago they would have started mining the higher grade ore. Management can turn this company around quickly all depending on the priority of how they blend grades.
I guess we will see how things went for the December quarter in the next two weeks.

Future looking:
*If the RBA lowers rates a couple of times in the following months, this would place downward pressure on the A dollar.
*If our banks start to pay a premium on borrowings from overseas , this would place pressure on the A dollar.
Time will be telling.
