Torpedo, the other thing that comes to mind is that the newly formed Bullabulling Gold company may have only a short life span. If they prove up an additional million ounces or so within the year then they may soon be subject to a takeover from Resolute.

It looks like the commencement of Bullabulling Gold is being engineered to start with 300 million shares at around 20 cents.

The search for an MD/CEO with experience in developing mines has begun. I wonder if someone with a Bullabulling background from Resolute will apply.

If this played out, then that 20 cent share might easily be worth double that within the year, in the event of a takeover.

A takeover would be a shame, but who's going to complain at 100% profit or more in a year, especially when bank interest is about 4%.

It seems weird to be talking of a takeover before the company has even commenced, but such might be the M&A in the small cap gold sector in 2012.

Interesting times ahead.
