Before Christmas I rang and spoke to Ian Pamensky. I wanted to ask some questions about the NTMA case.
He was very tight lipped and the only thing he told me was that registration of the NTMA would allow construction to resume at four mile.
This supports de novo's statments.
Why would either party be interested in resuming construction until it was decided who owned, and was paying for, what was to be built.
