As my knowledge on Oil and Gas is very limited I would appreciate confirmation.... or otherwise.... of my assumptions listed below:

1. KAR has done all its exploratory work to identify prospective drilling targets.
KAR HAS DONE EXPLORATORY WORK, BUT NOT ALL OF IT. GOING BACK TO TEST THE SIZE AND EXTENT OF THE FIELD. AND ON THE LAST WELLS TEST NEW TARGETS.

2. Drilling will commence on 5 - 8 targets next month.
YES, AS WELL AS TARGETS IN BRAZIL IN MARCH.

3. These targets will have the following possible outcomes:
(a) Duster.... (is there any chance of that?)
(b) moderate to excellent flows of Oil and Gas.
THE FIRST WELLS HAVE A HIGH PROB. OF SUCCESS AS THEY ARE INTO AN IDENTIFIED FIELD. THE LAST DRILL OF THE FIVE (AND LAST FOUR OF THE EIGHT) WILL BE EXPORATORY INTO NEW FIELDS WHICH WERE IDENTIFIED THROUGH THE 3-D SIESMIC. ESPECIALLY NOT MUCH CHANCE OF A DUSTER ON THE FIRST WELL.
RECIEVED EXCELLENT FLOWS ON THE LAST WELL, TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY ON TWO PREVIOUS. THEY WILL RECIEVE EXCELLENT FLOWS OUT OF THE FIRST WELL.

Has the exploratory drilling identified definite areas of oil and gas ..... and eliminated the chance of a duster in any of the targets?
AGAIN, THE FIRST WELLS ARE INTO A HUGE IDENTIFIED FIELD. LOOK UP THE WELL RESULTS ON KRONOS1 AND ON THE POSIEDEN FIELD. CP WOULD NOT SPEND ALL THIS MONEY TO REDRILL IN A FIELD UNLESS THEY BELEIVE THERE WAS A BIG PAYOFF. AND THEY ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT IT. THE FIRST WELL IN SPECIFIC IS GOING INTO THE SWEET SPOT.
