PASBOZ, I think the Indians and the Japanese would get first dibs on the coal as Tata already has an off-take agreement and Tata and Itochu have each payed $10 million for a 5% stake in Exergen, valuing Exergen at $200 million, this was before Mantle's coal allocations and subsequent MOU with Exergen.
