Another thing, I suppose, is that sometimes people pay more on brokerage than they might on the options themselves. Having not dealt in options, I almost made a fatal financial mistake the other day and put an order on for 5m PLA options @ .001c. Had I not been able to flog those off, and because people only buy smallish amounts of options, it could have cost me $400,000 to convert, or just plenty of capital lost if I couldn't onsell them. Would you say that buying large amounts of low-priced options to flip is a strategy that is so risky, it is not worthwhile? PLARAs actually doubled in price at some points, but who would buy millions of them!
