Harlee, this document seems to be in error. There are two conflicting statements, one being that CGNPC own KAH in full, and the other, that they only have 30.75%. This seems to me like a pretty flagrant abuse of legal procedure. Lets hope ASIC are watching this closely.
I find it extremely hard to believe that not only have CGNPC surpassed the 50% KAH threshold in so short a time since APAC folded, but that they've now not only acquired EVERY SINGLE SHARE on the KAH register. but that they've cleaned up RIO as well!
Having scimmed over the entire notice, it seems that the NAB gov/Swakop/Epangelo involvement has been extremely tightly orchestrated. This could not have been advanced this far without EXT management knowledge or even participation.
Anyone heard from LE on all of the above?
