Pity RC didn't go ahead with the EGM as it would have been due in a month's time and I think the board would have fallen with a deal like this announced. Even instos couldn't be that stupid to support such a cop out.

I think it's digraceful! Surely when a donkey puts himself forward as a chairman we've go some right to claim for misleading and deceptive conduct!

Even his in-depth financial analysis of valuing the 17% stake is a disgrace. It's little more than simple mathematics and clearly demonstrates that the 2% $75m fee was purely for his benefit. Given where we stand I would sell Shell the whole lot and take a 48 cent return and invest it with people that have the capability to transform companies.

The clowns didn't even have the ability to present the deal in any better light, like enhanced future cashflow analysis. How do these guys survive???

Very disappointing. That's another 10 years added to my working life!!!
