does MHM/Alreco own the SPL technology?
as far as I remembe we have first right if refusal so whatever stage this technology is is not really relevant for us ATM....
IF the technology is finalised AND we own it then is the time to worry about it....
Frank obviously mentioned the SPL tech/ process is finalised as the developer of this tech and he is free to do so IMO
i'm glad we do not own the tech yet as we still don't know if it works but I'm 100% convinced we will own it as soon as proven and we will get the desired and related ASX announcements.
