the only plausible reason you would change lawyer four times in a small scale piece of litigation like this is if you were shopping for someone who would tell you what you want to hear.

on a scale and firepower match-up in Australia Norton Rose are no match for MNM's Allen Arthur Robison in any event. Norton Rose are just a recent re-badging of mid tier local firm Deacons.

They also have the problem that Allens have had years to prepare MNM's case, and Norton Rose have only weeks to work out what is going on.
