Mypravda,
If you go back to 2009, there were differences to the present situation, with ppx under instruction from its lenders during the process of exiting the manufacturing parts of its business.
asx announcements pxu and ppx 16/6/09 and 7/12/09.
reading all the announcements from ppx from the start of 2009 to the present and the original 2007 pds gives you more details if you are interested in the likely demise of ppx.
Blues,
Possibly you could add number 4 to your list.
Which unfortunately ends with nobody getting paid.
PPX continues stumbling along, wasting more resources, until they have exhausted the money that might flow to pxu's, then falls over.
This scenario, perhaps, is what Pigs and GrahamCC wish to avoid, not unreasonably.
As I look at the situation, it might be in ppx ords holders interests for the pxu's to be converted sooner rather than later[before further deterioration in the price]. At least then they may end up with something, as at present the odds are they will get nothing.
cheers
