Hi Nathan, you're right mate, I misread the 8th July announcement where debts were paid with shares (this actually did happen at 10c). At least that is $640k debt out of the way. So many appendix 3bs and share issue notices with damn LaJolla it's difficult to keep track.

The general meeting notice on 21st Sept has a paragraph on page 17 (first sentence) which explains that the issue of shares will follow the capital raising. I'm guessing a term of any capital raising will be that this debt is extinguished.

I guess it will all happen at once then, and hasn't happened yet but at least it is ready to go having been approved.
