No, that's Political speak. All they really do is collect money from Citizens. This whole 'omg, I had to tell a mother her Son died today' is bullshit. Sure it happens, but they don't mention the 99 other times they've speed to catch up to someone speeding so they could give them a ticket.

If the Cops had any real balls and ethics, they'd stand up for what's right and strike until this whole 'speed kills' thing died in the arse. Until then, a Police Officers word is worth nothing.
