Would have to have ann out not later than Tues or no point.

Anybody wanting to exercise their rights and perhaps needing to sell other holdings to raise the cash will need 3 days after sell has been made [T+3]. It will then possibly take 24 hours for the news to soak in and translate in to a higher SP. There is then a Public Holiday and the weekend so if you were wanting to sell some other stocks to raise the cash you would be cutting it very fine even selling on Wednesday this week. Even then I think only way to get cash to Computershare would be BPay. Surface mail [cheque] wouldn't make it by closing on 8th. Therefore, for a lot of holders news must come and SP rise by Wednesday this week.

I am not aware of anything that would subscribe to the theory "we need to get this SP up by around 20%, & NWT are fully aware of that". Hopefully management are aware of it but the other alternative is that if NewSat feel comfortable that they will raise the money [it isn't a large CR anyway] they may delay any announcements until after closing.

Of late they have been hard to predict and any ann's have been met with a somewhat apathetic disinterest. There must be a lot of good news waiting to be ann but will they produce it in time?? Only first 48 hrs of working week will tell.

We can but wait and hope.
