trading halt question

can anyone verify that the pending ann. has to come out of Friday,,,,
what i'm really suggesting is it could happen today,,,if they get the sexyterry to get it all together????

weekly chart looks good to me with the recent bottom suggesting it was a double bottom from low in March,,,my study's suggest a breakout past 2.9/3 and that W is finished with movement upward.
