Really is something for you to ponder isn't it Brickworks ?

If you know salt slag and you know something about SPL you will know what I say is correct .

Suffice to say , the chemistry of SPL is vastly different to that of the salt slag which is simply a Na/K chloride salt mixed with Al and basically aluminium oxide , though there are some carbides , nitrides etc BUT it contains none of the extreme nasties that build up in barrier bricks and pot lining bricks over the 3 plus years they are in use .

If you chose not to believe me then that's fine but I would suggest I have a reasonable handle on this , I am not so sure that can be said about some others . It is good to be enthusiastic about things but you need to be realistic too .
