I agree with you that the market is not helping us much. But what these Directors and Executives did in the last 12 months or more, didn't do us any good at all either. From overblown budgets, to play with the Forex, what next. Add all of this up and see how many 9 figures amounts it comes to.
And in the meantime, I don't belive that they have taken a cut in their emoluments either.
Aren't we paying experts to keep operations and plans on track, or are we just paying them for the sake of doing so and/or just because they turn up for work lol.

Is it any wonder that the market is staying clear of us ??

I am sure that one day we will be getting back to some reasonable levels, but it won't be before all of these bad news are well and truly over.
