    SEIK!!!!! WHEN HAVE I SUGGESTED I AM AFTER INSIDE INFO???? SERIOUSLY... Sorry for the yellow, but you guys seriously drive me nuts sometimes..

    All I want to know is this:

    What happens if APG go over budget during this commissioning phase? will Kronos cough up the extra cash? Would this lead to a cap raising?
