Well the announcement confirmed that the mining license application is held up pending submission of updated ESIA and completion of DFS for a larger sized project.
What is disappointing is that this information was originaly meant to be supplied by the end of the March quarter and now it is during the June quarter.

LJ believes that BMN is now the next cab of the rank as far as the next largest and most advanced undeveloped Uranium mine and should see more interest being generated from potential cororate investors. HAve we heard this all before? Lets hope that Uranium prices go back up as this is really the fuel required to prop up the SP for a low grade producer.
