The Minimum Monthly Payment shall increase as follows:
? To US$50,000 per month when the average VWAP of
Shares for any 5 consecutive trading days, prior to a
Minimum Monthly Payment date, is A$0.11 to A$0.14.
? To US$100,000 per month when the average VWAP of
Shares for any 5 consecutive trading days, prior to a
Minimum Monthly Payment date, is A$0.141 to A$0.18.

? To US$200,000 per month when the average VWAP of
Shares for any 5 consecutive trading days, prior to a
Minimum Monthly Payment date, is A$0.181 to A$0.24.
? To US$325,000 per month when the average VWAP of
Shares for any 5 consecutive trading days, prior to a
Minimum Monthly Payment date, is A$0.241 or higher.
