The amount you can ask for is not attached to the number you hold. $15k (per account?) is the limit for all.
However, should the SPP be over-subscribed, and the company decides to cut back on shares, they get to choose how that is done, in which case they might decide to use your holding as a rating system for how much to cut back (ie they might give more to bigger holders).
But as stated earlier I don't believe it will be over-subscribed beyond the maximum increase of 30%.
