I have been watching for a while. Prior to the current acquisition they have not had much to get excited about, but knowing MK, he usually has something up his sleeve.
As for how I know, I was offered some in the placement, but before that an associate of mine advised that they would be offered at a significant discount.
Those who were offered any should count themselves lucky as there was an oportunity to unload the whole lot in one go I am told.
