Its their bloody job to have a plan in place if this situation does arise, and I have every right to ask what their course of action would be in this circumstance.

Kevi, You have no right to expect anyone from a company to answer your "What if" questions especially if it discloses strategic company plans and the answer could be price sensitive. You have indicated that you want to know because the answer will affect your attitude to buying, holding or selling APG shares. Therefore if they answered you, you would hold information not known to the market that would affect your buying intentions. If you acted on that information then at least technically that would be insider trading. I know the law can ridiculous at times but this time unfortunately you have explicitly asked a Company for information that could include them in an illegal action if you acted on it.

As to the overall proposition that any shareholder should be able to throw a scenario at a company and demand they answer is much more amusing than my comment about company officers.

I am attempting to answer this with respect as I generally enjoy your questions, however I do admit to be struggling.

    Cheers

    Seik
